The overall frame width of InspirationTM Series double hungs is 4-9/16". (Don't worry. We have three different series to offer you. Call or write for a brochure.) The balance system provides smooth, quiet operation. Unobtrusive, recessed tilt latches allow both top and bottom sash to be tilted in or removed for cleaning. Full screens attach easily on the exterior. A positive screen attachment prevents the screen from being blown out by the wind and allows for easy removal from the interior. Handle and locking hardware contribute to the aesthetic appeal and security.

In addition to many high quality standard features and options, interior and exterior accessory grooves allow the addition of such accessories as “J” channel, traditional brickmould and mull covers. This allows the installation to be finished to complement nearly any architectural look, both inside and out. With so many choices, InspirationTM Series double hung windows will easily satisfy your needs for energy efficiency, convenience and beauty.

City Glass is also proud to offer ResolutionTM Series Open Aire garden windows. These units are available in two profiles: the Open Aire I (curved style) and the Open Aire II (box style). These attractive vinyl garden windows require little maintenance while providing additional sunlight and energy efficiency. Either design offers a lovely view of the outdoors as well as an area to display collectibles or a miniature indoor garden.

Casement windows swing open from the side and are the most energy-efficient of operating windows. ResolutionTM Series casement windows will improve the look of your home when you replace old worn windows with windows that never need painting or staining. Made of uPVC vinyl, these windows will provide years of trouble-free operation. The overall frame width is 3-1/4". Colors include white and beige. Glass: ResolutionTM Series casements are glazed to the exterior with profiled glazing beads. As standard, they are glazed with 7/8" dual-seal insulating glass. H°K glass is available, however, making these windows meet and exceed ENERGYSTAR®® guidelines for energy efficiency for all climate zones. Other industry standard glass options are available as well.

Grille Options: Grille options for ResolutionTM Series casements include grilles-in-the-airspace and Performance Divided Lites (a.k.a. Simulite).

Operating Hardware: Not only do the operator handles sport a sleek design and match the vinyl color – they also provide smooth, one-hand operation. A single lever handle activates casement multi-point locks, pulling the sash tightly to the frame. Sealable metal covers combine with gaskets to reduce air and water infiltration, which eliminates the need for caulking. What’s more, our operators require less torque to open large units – meeting the need for easy operation.
