U S Block Windows is the only source for the luxurious, lightweight features of acrylic block in single hung or slider form. These operable windows provide ventilation and are an ideal complement in the bath, bedroom, or any room where privacy and light are desired.

Block size is 6" x 3/4". The narrow profile of the 3/4" thick block enables the operating sashes to 'slide' by one another - a major innovation for block windows.

Our single hungs or sliders come in several standard sizes in vinyl. Special sizes and radius tops are also available.


U S Block Windows: Retrofit Frame Solutions
U S Block Windows offers two vinyl screw-thru jamb mount frames for the fixed picture window retrofit market: our VR3000 for standard replacement and the California Flange which covers the existing window frame to eliminate the need for breaking stucco. Both are AAMA certified and heavy commercial rated.

VR3000
The VR3000 frame is engineered for standard retrofit applications. Heavy commercial tested and proven, this frame has a unique jamb fastening system that allows mounting screws to be installed in the industry accepted manner at right angles to the windload forces.

California Flange
The California flange all vinyl frame has a 1-3/4" wide outside flush flange the covers over the existing window frame. When installing, simply leave the old frame in place - remove glass and sashes - and the California flage will install easily over the old frame. The flange can be cut to fit the opening.
